There are plenty of Blank Street locations around, but I always find myself coming back to the one on Prince Street and it’s all because of the amazing staff. Everyone here is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely consistent with their service. A special shoutout to Sabrina, who truly takes customer service to the next level. Her energy, attention to detail, and the way she remembers her customers makes every visit feel personal. It’s one thing to get a delicious drink it’s another to leave with a smile because of how you were treated. This team sets the bar. Thank you for making my mornings better!
I am not a matcha drinker but my daughter loves it. As usual she takes me to a place I really wasn’t interested in and made me try a matcha drink. I got the pistachio matcha. It was sooooo good! My daughter got the strawberry cheesecake matcha. Hers was excellent too. Very interesting flavors. We enjoyed our drinks and the staff was friendly and efficient. I’d definitely recommend it and I would go back when I’m in soho.
I have never been a Matcha person but I really appreciate the match flavors at Blank Street. I tried the Daydream Matcha which has vanilla bean, honey, and cinnamon with oat milk. It was absolutely delicious! A couple of my friends also tried the Blueberry Matcha and Strawberry Matcha. I thought my friend's nails were cute so she is holding the cups. Definitely try out Blank Street Coffee matchas
I love matcha and their matcha drinks are some of the best I’ve had. My cousin hates matcha and they loved the daydream and blueberry flavor. So good !
The matcha was really good and had that perfect matcha green. Brynn and Rosey also went above and beyond and gave great customer service! Definitely will be coming back
